We are pleased to announce an exciting change. On November 30, 2007, CenterState Bank West Florida N.A. is joining forces with one of our sister banks in our holding company to unite under one name - CenterState Bank N.A. As you may know, CenterState Bank West Florida, N.A. and CenterState Bank Mid Florida are subsidiaries within CenterState Banks of Florida (CSFL), a publicly-traded bank holding company.

This name change does not involve any outside parties and is a decision from within the CenterState Banks' family. The sole objective in the creation of the new CenterState Bank, N.A. is to create a stronger and more competitive financial institution. In short, this will allow us to serve our customers better in every possible way.

This new CenterState will allow us to offer our clients one brand name through out Pasco, Lake, Hernando, Citrus and Sumter counties while retaining the personal touch of a locally owned community bank. It will also allow more convenient banking for customers of both banks as we will operate 13 offices located in Zephyrhills, Dade City, Springhill, Brooksville, Inverness, Crystal River, Clermont, Groveland, Eustis, Bushnell, Wildwood, and Leesburg.
